I called this morning about a leaky garden faucet, and they scheduled an appointment for 2:00 p.m. By 2:15 p.m., it was fixed. They were really professional and very friendly! I highly recommend them for fast and efficient repairs!

The water heater was replaced very quickly. A leak was detected the day before, and the new water heater was up and running by noon the next day. And they did it all with a smile!

He came out on an emergency call at 9 p.m., and on top of that, it was the day before I was set to move out of my apartment… The plumber was extremely responsive, very professional, and reassuring. He provided a free estimate, had the necessary supplies on hand, arrived quickly, and did a top-notch job. It was such a relief to find someone so reliable and efficient at a time like that. I recommend him 100%!

Difficult to find a plumbing professional in the middle of summer... Pro Dépannage was the only one to answer the phone, very courteous and exemplary speed!!!! 1) Sunday: Water heater problem identified. 2) Monday: Pro Dépannage at home to determine source of problem. 3) Tuesday morning: New water heater delivered to home. 4) Tuesday afternoon: Installation by Pro Dépannage. Hard to beat that! A very slight leak appeared the next day on a recalcitrant fitting, and Pro Dépannage once again returned to the home to fix the problem once and for all. Quick quotation. Fast (and quality) work. Top customer service. A craftsman like few others today!

Problem with a broken water heater... After numerous calls to different companies who either didn't answer, were on voicemail or offered appointments within 10 days... I finally came across Pro Dépannage by chance. They came round 2 hours after the phone call to take a look and draw up an estimate. Quote validated immediately and changed the next day at noon. Very quick response, professional, clean and efficient work. Very satisfied, highly recommend.
