I called them in an emergency because of a leak. The person on the phone was friendly, but they don’t work on PE pipes and couldn’t offer a solution. In the end, another professional fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Just so you know, depending on your needs. Update: I’m surprised by your response, which is quite different from what I was told on the phone (no insurance to work on PE pipes, only copper). Furthermore, my contractor confirmed that the repair was done according to industry standards. Best of luck to you as well

I am very disappointed with this contractor, both in terms of the materials provided (which were of poor quality) and the installation itself—a rushed, shoddy job that wasn’t even checked—as well as the price charged (which was frankly excessive given the work performed). As for after-sales service, it’s frankly nonexistent. This guy only has the energy to jump down your throat to get paid. Avoid at all costs.
